Frequently Asked Questions

  • Most orders will be shipped out a day or two after an order is placed. Since some orders are not stocked and made by order, shipping may be delayed till the upcoming weekend.

  • If a product is damaged during shipping, we offer returns for either replacement or repair. We will make it right. Don’t worry, we are on your side!

  • Unfortunately, ever since the global pandemic, some shipping may be delayed. After placing your order, you will receive an “order fulfillment confirmation” in your inbox. Said confirmation has a tracking number. If the tracking number is not working or wrong, contact us and we will contact the Carriers for you. If your order is lost in shipping or has not arrived still, we can refund your order.

  • Special orders offer an opportunity for you do design your own piece of art! This being said, requests that involve specific pieces of metal such as “bike Spokes” may take longer due to issues sourcing the parts. We prefer that we use our creativity with parts at hand to combine with your design so as to speed up the order! Restrictions may include magnitude of order, such as shipping size being over 5 pounds, or details like a mosaic may be too much to ask. With this being said, we may still take on your order, so don’t be afraid to send a message asking questions about your order before placing it!
